You're the climber.
I'm your coach.
You've tried the diets. You know how that story ends. Lasting change is a different game: a solid plan, an honest pace, and a guide that will be there every step of the way. One to one virtual coaching for clients in Ontario and across Canada.

Graham Kingma, HCA Registered Health Coach
HCA Registered Health Coach™ (HCA-RHC™, 1702868), Diploma in Health and Wellness Coaching from McMaster University, Functional Therapeutic Diets Specialist, and host of the podcast Lessons from the Ketoverse. I've made this climb myself: fifty pounds down, energy back, blood sugar steady. I coach the way a mountain guide works: you set the summit, I keep you prepared, paced and never on your own.
The guide has climbed this one. See the 2018 and 2026 photos side by side, and the training behind the coaching.
See the before and after →It was never about willpower.
If diets worked, you'd have been done years ago. And past fifty the stakes change. It stops being about the beach and starts being about the bloodwork. What's missing isn't discipline. It's a plan built around your real life, and someone who holds you to it.
Three programs. One mountain. Your pace.
Three stages of one climb, each building on the one before. Most climbers start at Base Camp, and some join partway up.
Most climbers travel the full route: Base Camp→The Lookout→The Peak. A fifteen-minute call will help you find your path.
Start here if: your kitchen still has packages in it. Most climbers do.
Start here if: you already eat mostly real food and want your metabolism to change.
Start here if: food is handled, and now you want to work on sleep, stress, and other aspects of your health.
Why do The Lookout and The Peak cost the same?
Because you pay for time on the trail, not altitude. Each stage is priced by the weeks we spend working one to one. Base Camp is eight weeks. The Lookout and The Peak are twelve weeks each, so they cost the same. Higher on the mountain is not more expensive. It is just further along.
Not sure which stage is yours?
You may be further along than you think. The free two-minute Readiness Quiz tells you which stage of change you're in, and which package fits it. No email needed. Take the two-minute quiz →
Climbing the whole mountain?
The Full Climb is all three stages in order, 32 weeks together, for $2,875 paid in full. That is $510 less than booking the stages one at a time.
Save $510 compared with instalments, or $170 compared with paying each program in full.
Fifteen minutes. Your questions, answered. And a paper to take home.
- You tell me where you are. The diets, the numbers, the week you actually live.
- Ask me anything. What the sessions look like, how the portal works, what happens on a bad week. If it helps, I will walk you through the questions most people ask.
- You find out which stage fits: Base Camp, The Lookout or The Peak, or a custom program just for you.
- You take home Why Going It Alone Is the Hard Way, a short paper from the client library: what the habit research found, why willpower keeps getting the blame, and a twelve-point checklist for choosing a coach. Use it on me first.
- No pitch, no pressure, no follow-up calls you did not ask for. If I am not the right guide, I will say so.
Fifteen minutes, by video. No cost, no card, no commitment. The paper arrives by email after the call. Not sure you are ready for a call? Take the two-minute quiz instead →

Why the mountain climbing theme?
Because nobody walks straight up a mountain.

You never lacked willpower.
You lacked the map.
Most of us were handed a method that cannot survive an ordinary week, then blamed ourselves when it broke. This guide explains what was actually happening, in plain language.

- What a blood sugar spike and crash is really doing to your day
- Why this behaves like an addiction, and why it is harder than most

A free, no-pressure 15-minute call. Tell me where you are and where you want to go. I'll tell you straight which route fits, or whether one does at all.
An extended intake session builds your plan around your actual life: your kitchen, your schedule, your starting point on the Stages of Change map.
Weekly one-to-one calls, messaging in between, and a game that turns change into elevation gained. You do the climbing. I'm there every step of the way.
Change, turned into a climb you can win.
Your foods get marked green, yellow or red, like trail blazes. You re-route one red food a week, watch the elevation add up, and pass real milestones on the way. No apps to fight, no shame, no penalties. A slip is not a fall.
