You're In Control

Three programs.One mountain.Your pace.

Every program is one on one. I'm there every step of the trail. Virtual, and part of the same climb. They differ in how high we go and what we work on. Most climbers travel them in order, and the free call finds your starting point.
Fifteen minutes, no pressure. We find your starting point together, even if it is not with me.

Why do The Lookout and The Peak cost the same?

Because you pay for time on the trail, not altitude. Each stage is priced by the weeks we spend working one to one. Base Camp is eight weeks. The Lookout and The Peak are twelve weeks each, so they cost the same. Higher on the mountain is not more expensive. It is just further along.

Questions climbers ask

Do I have to do the programs in order?
The climb works in order, and that order is why it works. Base Camp builds the foundation The Lookout stands on, and The Peak protects everything you built. That said, if your kitchen is already mostly real food, the free call may place you straight into The Lookout. Placement is honest, not upsold.
What's the real difference between The Lookout and The Peak?
The Lookout changes what's on your plate: a safe, phased climb toward your best metabolic altitude. The Peak changes the life around the plate: sleep, stress, people, purpose and the rest of the eight dimensions, plus a written plan so results survive real life. Food first, then life, and that order matters too.
How do I pay?
Two options. Pay session by session as you go, or pay for the full program up front and save 10%. The Full Climb bundle is prepaid at $2,875. That is 15% off the $3,385 total for all three programs, a bigger saving than the 10% pay-in-full discount. You save $510.
How much time does this take each week?
One virtual call of 45 to 60 minutes, a few minutes a day of food tracking, and a weekly 15-minute Campfire journal. The cooking is cooking you'd do anyway, and we just make it simpler and better.
What happens when life gets in the way?
You keep climbing. A slip is never a fall here, and there are no penalties anywhere in any program. Off-plan moments become a two-minute Trail Conditions Report: what was happening before (stressed, tired, it was just there), used as intel for the route ahead.
Am I on my own between calls?
Never. Every program includes messaging support between sessions, plus your client portal with the week's challenge, your Campfire Log and your elevation tracker, so the trail never goes quiet.
What if I'm still not sure which program fits?
That's exactly what the free 15-minute call is for. You'll leave knowing your right starting point, even if the honest answer is "not yet" or "not with me." No pressure lives on this mountain.
Still deciding? That's exactly what the free call is for.Fifteen minutes, no pressure. We find your starting point together, even if it isn't with me.
