You're the climber.
I'm your coach.
You've tried the diets. You know how that story ends. Lasting change is a different game: a solid plan, an honest pace, and a guide that will be there every step of the way.
It was never about willpower.
If diets worked, you'd have been done years ago. And past fifty the stakes change. It stops being about the beach and starts being about the bloodwork. What's missing isn't discipline. It's a plan built around your real life, and someone who holds you to it.
A slip is not a fall."
Why the mountain climbing theme?
Because no one leaps to a summit. Every mountain ever climbed was climbed in switchbacks. From below, the zig-zag looks slow and straight up looks faster. Straight up is also how climbers burn out and turn back at the first steep pitch. Diets sell you the straight line up the face. That's why you've met so many people halfway down it.
A serious climber doesn't just start walking uphill. He picks his mountain, studies the route, and packs for the weather he'll actually meet. Same climb here: we set up your kitchen, build your skills, and plan for the restaurant dinners and brutal work weeks before the mountain asks anything of you.
And I'll be straight with you: I can't climb it for you. A guide reads the weather, knows where climbers slip, and carries the map, but your legs earn the altitude. That's the whole point. A summit you climbed yourself is one you know how to get back to for the rest of your life. Some weeks the weather turns. That's not a moral failing. That's Tuesday. We plan for it, a stumble never becomes a fall, and we keep climbing.
Three programs. One mountain. Your pace.
These are not three options to choose between. They are three stages of one climb, done in order. Each stage builds on the one before it.
Most climbers travel the full route: Base Camp→The Lookout→The Peak. Some join partway up. The free call finds your trailhead.
Start here if: your kitchen still has packages in it. Most climbers do.
Start here if: you already eat mostly real food and want your metabolism to change.
Start here if: food is handled, and now you want the results to last a lifetime.
Why do The Lookout and The Peak cost the same?
Because you pay for time on the trail, not altitude. Each stage is priced by the weeks we spend working one to one. Base Camp is eight weeks. The Lookout and The Peak are twelve weeks each, so they cost the same. Higher on the mountain is not more expensive. It is just further along.
Climbing the whole mountain?
The Full Climb is all three stages in order, 32 weeks together, for $2,875 paid in full. That is $510 less than booking the stages one at a time.
