Most links go straight to the show. A few open a search on that platform, which lands you in the right place; if one misses, just copy the show name into your favourite podcast app. These span a spectrum of low-carb, keto and carnivore views. I do not agree with every claim on every show, and that is the point: listen widely, stay curious, and bring your questions to a call.
